The Major is a top level figure in the Gotham City crime scene. It is unknown how he earned the military moniker but has since garnered the loyalty of several gangs in Gotham. After being captured, he shared a cell with Big Time and escaped. Their first scheme was a quick hit and run on a credit delivery truck. The Major set himself as the strategist and Big Time, as the muscle. He also set out to replenish his old gang. Big Time recognized the Major as the lynchpin of organized crime and with him out of the way, he could consolidate power. Big Time manipulated Terry McGinnis into using his relationship with Commissioner Gordon to dismantle the gang.
