Mr. Wenchill is the chairman of Shimano Industries. Shimano was currently working on a billion dollar satellite launch when Wenchill secretly hired Inque to sabotage the project. He would profit more from the insurance payoff than actually launching the satellite. Instead of completing the transaction, Wenchill turned on Inque and damaged her with a particle destabalizer gun. Batman, with the help of Max Gibson, learned that Shimano had no competitors for the satellite project. After a classic interrogation technique, Batman received and used Inque's account routing numbers to track her down.
