An immortal with "no beginning nor an end", Mordru has an unlimited array of magic yet his only purpose seems to be that of systematically killing the agents of Order and Chaos (including Dr. Fate, Hawk and Dove) and collecting various mystical artifacts to increase his own powers (including the Helmet of Nabu). His range of powers include flight, instantaneous teleportation, shapeshifting, energy blasts and animation. However, Mordru's magic is tied to his essence, meaning if knocked unconscious, his magic is effectively neutralized.
