Maddie is a disgruntled employee for the Gotham City Animal Clinic. He secretly sells dogs illegally to sport breeders. Maddie sold a Dane mix puppy to Ronny Boxer, only to recapture it years later. Maddie unwittingly tried to sell the dog, Ace, to Boxer.
