Lucas is a special effects expert that was arrested for fraud, but never convicted. In police records, Lucas was closely associated with Carl Fowler. Together, they formed the character Nostromos and his facade of prophecies of doom. Lucas secretly engineered these prophecies to come true to aid the scheme. From his background, Lucas has a reportee from explosives to high frequency sonic devices, to acid and hand to hand fighting. Lucas was no match for Batman after a rematch.
