Lowe and Titus Sweete met with Eugene Dolan to transfer funds from their financier as an anonymous donor. The Dolan they met with was Zeta in disguise as him. After he asked for their financial backer's name, Lowe reached for his gun but Sweete interjected. "Dolan" promised to smooth it over with his boss. Outside the office, Lowe had misgivings and suspected Dolan was working with a federal agency. Sweete assured him Dolan knew nothing at all.
