Ghoul is a gangly, death rocker-type Joker. He carries a trick or treat pumpkin basket, used as a weapon and to hold explosives. He is well versed in computer skills and hacked databases for the Joker to locate suitable places to steal communication systems.
In the Chronos timeline, Ghoul was given a saw implant. Alone, Ghoul took on the first Batman only to be short circuited by Static. Ghoul was soon interrogated by both Batman and Bruce Wayne. Wayne convinced Ghoul to tell him everything he knew, the details of the Jokerz, his bed wetting childhood and more importantly, the location of Chronos' wife, Enid Clinton
