An elite military officer of the Atlantean forces, General Brak was part of a group growing dissatisfied with King Arthur's soft foreign policy. Led by Orm, Arthur's brother, Brak and the other officers staged a coup and attempted to initiate a war against the surface world. After the Justice League and Arthur defeated Orm, Brak and the other traitors were rounded up by Arthur and stripped of their rank.
