Eelan is a weapons runner, often for Lex Luthor. In one operation, Eelan was attempting to sell LexCorp particle destabalizer guns to terrorists. Lana Lang attempted to help Superman uncover the sale but ended up endangering herself. She walked right into a set up. Superman decided to tail Lang instead of following a false lead to Central City. Eelan was captured after the weapons factory was totalled.
