Devon was one of the elites within the Society of Assassins who administered members. After Curare rejected the penalty for failure, she began hunting her comrades. Devon, fearful of her retribution, spent three months jetting around the world. After a routine stop-over to replace the jet's solar cells, Curare snuck aboard. Devon and Mutro Botha hatched a plan to use Batman to defeat her but Devon was mind wiped by Curare shortly after.
