Gotham City's mob bosses gathered to take part in a derby, high stakes poker card games. One night, their game was interrupted by Ten of the Royal Flush Gang. Ten was convinced her family was kidnapped and ransomed by the Jokerz. Batman interferred and promised to help her. When Batman realized the Gang was trying to re-initiate her, he tipped off the Derby who then led an assault on the Gang until the police arrived.
