Delia and Deidre Dennis are twin sister runaways who joined the Jokerz dressed as an homage to Japan's Harajuku fashion community. The sisters echo each other's thoughts and fight in tandem. Armed with above average acrobatic skills, they aren't above using tasers or guns to fight. After their arrest, the Dennis' were bailed and released into the custody of their grandmother, Nana Harley.
Under Chronos' rule, the Deed's were gifted with duplication upon heavy impact. They also sport an electrified whip, with a yellow aura, which allowed them to kill Green Lanterns. However, John Stewart was able to fight them to a stand still. Later in a final confrontation, Batman was killed by the sisters. However, once equilibrium was re-established, the death ceased to be.
