A Kaznian military official that defected to Vandal Savage. Vox is a metahuman with the ability to project sonic waves when he speaks. Vox controls this by wearing a specially outfitted neck brace that can control when he wishes to unleash his weapon. His current status after the Kaznian stronghold was destroyed is unknown.
