Caesar Carlini is a mob boss based in Metropolis. Carlini is one of the few mobsters unaffiliated with Intergang, the primary organized criminal unit of Metropolis. Carlini's hideout was visited by the Joker and Harley Quinn. Carlini was less than obliging and ordered his men to kill the Joker. His men were over powered and Carlini was exposed to Joker toxin. He was later found at the city dump.
