Nicknamed the Baron, Waclaw Jozek is an international con man. He is closely associated with the master interrogator, Wormwood. While conducting his latest con in Gotham City, Batman grilled Jozek for information concerning bonds stolen by Wormwood. Soon after, he aptly left Gotham while Batman impersonated him to implicate Wormwood.
