In the 1940's, Priscilla Rich was an infamous blonde socialite in the Washington DC area. During a charity event, Rich was upstaged by Wonder Woman. She retreated to her room and collapsed in front of her vanity mirror. When she came to, her split personality manifested as a reflection dressed as a cheetah. Her evil half commanded Rich to become the Cheetah, a relentless huntress.
