The Harbor House is an old abandoned social club in Gotham City. After the murders of Thomas and Martha Wayne, Bruce Wayne suspected the Court of Owls were behind it. He concluded the Harbor House was the Court's headquarters. Wayne rode to the club on bicycle and waited in the bushes until the coast was clear. He sneaked into Harbor House from a window and searched for proof. Wayne found nothing but covered furniture. He returned home in defeat.
