The Utility Belt is the primary source for Batman's various tools and weapons, such as a grapnel that can be connected with a second, scanners, a tracker linked to Wayne Industries satellites, exploding gas balls, a breather, Batarangs of various types, taser, sonic emitter, explosive charges, flashlight, a shard of Kryptonite, and a syringe filled with adrenaline. The belt, itself, is equipped with miniature rocket thrusters. Tapping the center of the belt unlocks the Batmobile or sends out a distress signal. In the finale of the battle against Darkseid, the various heroes tried to force him through the Boom Tube. Batman affixed his belt and activated the thrusters. During the Atlantean conflict, Batman used his taser to revive and power Cyborg after Orm nearly killed him. The second Robin's utility belt is black with a gold buckle. Likewise, Nightwing's is also belt and contains simple weapons like throwing stars. Batwoman's is red and holds Batarangs and bolas and complemented by a holster for her handgun.
