Tusk is a super strong monstrosity known to have battled Batman. He was later recruited to the League of Shadows by Talia al Ghul. He led the interrogation of Chuckie Sol, Black Mask's Made Man, on details of an incoming shipment. With every question of Tusk's not answered, Electrocutioner fried him. Batwoman, and later Batman, broke up the operation. Tusk knocked Batwoman to the ground but was decked by Batman. While he fought Electrocutioner, Batman grabbed one of his arms and fried Tusk in the face. He leaped up into the air, used the momentum to his advantage, and decked Tusk while he was still dazed. In pursuit of Batwoman, Batman planted an explosive on Killer Moth's suit. The blast propelled him right into Tusk. A little over two weeks later, Tusk took part in the raid on Wayne Tech. He took Luke Fox at knife point while Heretic demanded Lucius Fox to give them access to a secret vault on sub-level three. Luke got free, kicked Tusk's leg, took his knife and tried to fight Heretic. Heretic threatened to snap his neck. Fox caved in.
Fox managed to send a security breach signal to Batman. The Batmobile entered the vault and rammed Tusk into a wall. Tusk eventually got free and swiped at Robin but Electrocutioner proceeded to electrocute him to death. Heretic ordered a withdrawal and killed Electrocutioner to spare Robin's life. Heretic wanted to steal Robin's memories for his own and took him to the Sisters of Perpetual Grace, where they were holed up. Robin's suit had a concealed tracker on it. Tusk observed the skirmish outside and reported to Talia there were three Bats. Talia ordered a retreat. Tusk, Calculator and Mad Hatter packed up the technology and left with her in a transport. A week later, Tusk and Calculator were given entry to a level of the Watchtower Initiative by Mad Hatter, who posed as a busboy. While Hatter replaced his cap for his signature top hat, he commented he had to dress properly for taking over the world. Tusk called him an idiot. Hatter called him a walrus. The trio took central command and set up. Nightwing, Robin, Batwoman, and Batwing infiltrated the summit but were cut off by Talia, Tusk and a brainwashed Batman. Robin took on Tusk. As the fight went on, Tusk lost his footing and fell towards giant rotor blades. Robin tried to save him with a grapnel line but was too late. Robin pulled up a sheared line.
