Season Three
Cat Grant got Perry White to assign Lois Lane to write an article about the Superfest at the Metropolis Convention Center since no one knew Superman like she did. She later prodded Jimmy Olsen about how he and Supergirl spent a lot of time together. Olsen denied anything was going on but Supergirl returned with two Challengers of the Unknown cosplayers and mentioned their couples costume from Halloween. Grant was amused. She hosted the Supergirl Panelpalooza but asked questions instead of calling on the audience. She asked Supergirl what made her so unique from Superman after commenting Metropolis didn't need two superheroes. Supergirl was at a loss then pointed out a girl in the audience. Grant ordered her to speak. The girl thought Supergirl was special because she was brave and a warrior. She admitted she loved how Superman protected them but she loved how Supergirl fought for them and wished she was as brave as her. Supergirl was happy. Grant asked for her name.
The girl introduced herself as Jessica Cruz. Supergirl thanked her. Grant asked what was next. Supergirl stated she needed to make an important decision about her future and invited any and all eligible Earthling suitors to meet her at her booth. Grant was ecstatic. As the would-be suitors met Supergirl, Grant got the drop on Olsen again and asked if he was pining for the one who got away and if he would fight for her affection. He reiterated she was Supergirl and he was just Superman's pal.
