Season One
Leslie Willis is a known theif and partnered with Badger at some point. Using a garbage truck and stolen credentials, she and her team stole high-tech weapons from the Mt. Simonson Base. Willis had a difficult time flipping the tech. Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen stumbled upon them at the docks and one of her hired mercenaries activated a XT-00 robot without asking Willis first. Clark Kent disguised himself and stopped the robot but Willis activated the remaining ones. During the fight, Willis fled the docks. A pair of Task Force X agents, incognito, attempted to arrest her in an alley but she took them out. She took out of their comms and arranged for a meeting. Willis met with Agent Slade Wilson in public. She immediately knew he had to be black ops. He knew she who she was. Willis wanted to trade some of the stolen tech in return no longer being tailed.
Wilson warned her she didn't know what she had. Willis revealed she planted C4 under Metropolis as a failsafe. Olsen and Lane happened to pop out a nearby manhole cover and Willis thought they were Wilson's agents. Wilson knocked her detonator away and a fight broke out. Willis was wearing some of the tech and attacked with electrical blasts. Superman intervened and was able to damage the crystal power source but Willis lost control of her powers. Superman entered her electrical field and removed and destroyed the crystal. Willis was captured and interrogated by Wilson at a Task Force X black site. Willis was surprised Superman wasn't allied with them and demanded to know who they were. Wilson responded they were "the good guys." Livewire and other criminals imprisoned by Task Force X were forced to aid them in capturing Superman. General Lane demonstrated their lack of compliance and activated their inhibitor collars. Livewire applied the finishing blow with a massive electrical blast. Livewire was secretly freed by Amanda Waller to undermine General Lane, and they made their escape. Rory and Willis entered into a romantic relationship and flourished as for-hire illegal work.
Season Two
Livewire was hired by Thomas Weston to cover up stability issues in Amertek's fusion core. Superman managed to save John Henry Irons from her but she destroyed his computer and files. She manged to flee his home but told off Weston for not paying her enough in the likelihood Superman intervened. Jimmy Olsen paid Livewire and Heat Wave to aid him and Lois Lane with a plan to break into S.T.A.R. Labs and steal the AmazoTech Jump Drive Ship. Eager to make even more money, Heat Wave and Livewire pretended to break up as a cover while her gang raided S.T.A.R. Labs. They overheard Lois Lane talking about wanting to make things right with Clark Kent and decided to help Lane and Olsen launch the ship into space. They managed to get away without being arrested. General Sam Lane recruited several, including Heat Wave, to help defend Earth during Brainiac's invasion. One of Lex Luthor's hacked Metallos shot her down but Livewire rescued her and Superman and Kara Zor-El made it to Kandor and Brainiac was eventually destroyed.
Season Three
Livewire and Heatwave attended the Superfest at the Metropolis Convention Center.
