The Batmobile is the primary vehicle of Batman. A highly modified car, the Batmobile is equipped with state of the art automotive upgrades, tools, and weapons. During a pursuit of a big rig truck used by Paris Franz, the Batmobile joined the chase and fired a harpoon into the cargo hold. It pulled out the armored car stolen by Franz. At the conclusion of the chase, the Batmobile swerved and tapped on the Franz' men. Batman applied a smelling salt to him and proceeded with an interrogation. He benched her from the case but she pursued the Batmobile to the warehouse Franz tried to rob until she realized he was hinting at the stolen big rig. A few nights later, Batman searched the Gotham Docks. Franz fired a rocket propelled grenade and nailed the Batmobile. It become immobile on its side. Batman ejected just in time as Franz fired a second grenade at the undercarriage.
A week later, Batman pulled up to the entrance to Arkham Asylum in the Batmobile and walked into meet up with Commissioner Gordon to question the Joker. Some time later, the Joker left an invitation to the Bonus Brothers Carnival with the police. Batman drove to the amusement park and braked when he saw one of the former owners, dead from the effects of Joker's toxin.
