Two-Face is one of Gotham City's criminally insane. Formerly District Attorney Harvey Dent, half his face was scarred by chemicals and he developed a dual personality obsessed with deciding with a coin flip. On his way to meet with the Joker, Batman passed by Two-Face's cell without pause. Two-Face was vainly reaching for his coin which lay out on the floor in the hallway.
