Biot is a planet off limits to any visitors and is only inhabited by automated ships on constant patrol. It exists in the inhospitable Space Sector 3601. Shortly after the Red Lantern invasion of Guardian Space was stopped, the Anti-Monitor descended on Biot and sent out a low level antimatter pulse that reactivated all Manhunters. Bunkers on Biot and many planets activated and began constructing more Manhunters. Tomar-Re triangulated the source of the pulse to Biot and accompanied Hal Jordan and Kilowog to the planet. They encountered the Anti-Monitor and were forced to retreat. However, Jordan took the brunt of Anti-Monitor's blast and vanished.
