  • The Next Day: Green Lantern Hal Jordan and Kothak duel. Prince Ragnar is tricked into admitting he was the murderer of Dulok. He takes Queen Iolande hostage but she reveals herself as Dulok's successor. Ragnar is arrested and Kothak pledges his loyalty to Iolande.

  • The Interceptor crew locates the late Shyir Rev's power ring on planet but discover an asteroid is on a collision course. They prolong the asteroid for six hours.

  • Six Hours Later: Hal Jordan realizes the power ring chose the planet and Mogo becomes a Green Lantern. Mogo destroys the asteroid, takes Drusa and Zartok into custody, and pledges loyalty to the Interceptor crew.
