Gotham City is an east coast American city infamous for its rampant crime and corruption as well as vigilante Batman. In the Flashpoint timeline, little had changed except a different Batman was operating - one willing to kill. After dropping Yo-Yo to her apparent doom, Batman was approached by Cyborg to join his army. Batman refused on account the war was already over. In search of Batman, a powerless Barry Allen drove to Gotham City and found Wayne Manor in disrepair.
