Central City is a city in midwest USA and home to the superhero, the Flash and a supervillain group, the Rogues. Professor Zoom hired the Rogues to attack the Flash Museum to draw the Flash but secretly planned to use bombs made of future tech to level 10 square blocks of the city. The Justice League arrived and helped safely defuse and detonate each bomb.
