Tempest is an Atlantean hero who practices magic. In the Flashpoint timeline, Tempest was one of Aquaman's elite enforcers. When the Ravager was boarded, Tempest took out the gunners with water projectiles shaped as javelins. He attempted to aid Aqualad against Deathstroke but accidentally hit his ally. Deathstroke disabled Tempest with a bola. Tempest participated in the invasion of New Themyscira.
