Deathstroke is an assassin for hire who previously served as a volunteer for a government supersoldier program. In the Flashpoint timeline, Deathstroke was a pirate who led his crew aboard the Ravager. Lex Luthor commissioned Deathstroke to help him get close enough to Aquaman's doomsday weapon to pinpoint its location for an eventual government strike. The Ravager got too close and was boarded by Atlanteans. Deathstroke took on Aqualad and Tempest then Black Manta but was blasted by his eye beams.
