Police Commissioner Correa was included in a teleconference set up by Ra's Al Ghul where it was proposed Gotham was to fall under the protection of the League of Assassins. The Commissioner refused to comply and was swiftly carried away by League ninja and executed. Ra's left the decision to Mayor Grange and the Governor. He was succeeded by James Gordon.
