Tapper Chemicals is a leading distributor of sequenced animal DNA in Gotham City. It was last chemical depot broken into by Man Bat and Professor Pyg and Mister Toad. Batman had deduced there was a 68% chance Tapper would targeted and waited on a stake out with Katana. Batman managed to knock out Man Bat by steering him into the Tapper Chemicals sign. The battle was interrupted by the arrival of the Special Crimes Unit. Pyg and Toad fled the scene and completed a dose of Dr. Langstrom's serum.
