Murphy's is a diner in Gotham City that mostly serves breakfast. It is a known front for Tobias Whale. Batman and Katana infiltrated Murphy's and attacked some of Whale's men in search of information on the League of Assassins. A fire was started by accident in the skirmish. Before they chased Whale's men, Batman and Katana evacuated the building Murphy's resides in.
