Cole Plastics is a plastics company located in Gotham City. One of its factories was used by Professor Pyg and Mister Toad as a hideout. They utilized a bird and fox mask produced in the factory and placed them on two of their victims, Azura and Liam Taylor respectively. Batman investigated the factory but was ambushed. Luckily, the police were alerted and arrived. As Pyg and Toad fled the scene, Batman found a schematic for the Gotham City Opera House.
