The Batsub is a mini-submersible equipped with two torpedoes. During a mission to stop Tobias Whale's smuggling operation, Alfred Pennyworth piloted the Batsub and followed Batman's homing beacon. He scuttled Whale's ship deep enough so no one could dredge the weapons up again. Two months later, Katana manned the Batsub while Batman ambushed Whale and his men underwater.
