Ralphie the Razor is a henchman of Tobias Whale, whom he fears. Ralphie uses a blade, hence his namesake. After being tossed by Batman, Ralphie fled a card game at Murphy's. Batman and Katana caught up to Ralphie and strung him upside down from a rooftop. Batman reminded Ralphie that Whale was afraid of him before proceeding with the interrogation. However, it was interrupted by a chain of explosions set off by Anarky.
