A trio of punks loitered outside a Gotham City supermarket. After an older couple exited the market, two of the punks scared them off while the purple haired leader took their grocery bag. He handed a milk to one and a bag of chips to the other, his blonde cousin. The Penguin happened to be walking down the same sidewalk. The punks were amused and imitated the way he walked for laughs. Penguin addressed them while he scanned the market's exterior for defects. They mocked how he spoke until Penguin loosened three bricks. One landed on the leader and knocked him out. He hit the cousin in the gut with his umbrella and tossed him into the other punk. He swung and nailed the last punk, knocking his sunglasses off. Penguin thanked them for the exercise then left.
The purple haired punk broke into the Gotham National Bank with two others. As they drove off in their vehicle, Batman gave chase on Ace. Batman disarmed two of the punks with Batarangs after they shot at him then broke the driver's mirror. After the punks crashed their car, they scattered. Batman got the drop on the purple haired punk then kicked the other. Ace cornered the third, took his gun away with a tendril, and chomped it in half. The three punks were tied up for the police. During the Jokertown incident, the lead Punk was in a crowd of citizens when the Joker declared he was in full control of the city thanks to his Digital Laughing Virus.
Five punks robbed the Gotham Museum of artifacts with Killer Croc. Batman took the first out with a Batarang, the second with one punch, and managed to take out the last three with a single Batarang.
