Dr. Silas Stone is the father of Cyborg and a scientist employed by S.T.A.R. Labs. On the night of November 1st, Dr. Stone finished adding new upgrades to Cyborg such as 360 degree tracking and axis management and jet propulstion. He activated testing grounds for Cyborg to incorporate and try the upgrades out. Commissioner Gordon was taken to the control room and introduced himself to Dr. Stone. Stone assumed the visit was in regards to the break-in the previous night. Stone reiterated he would help however he could. Gordon inferred he came to enlist Cyborg's help. Dr. Stone turned the loudspeaker back on and introduced Gordon to Cyborg. Cyborg managed to clean up some of the security feed while Gordon went over the break-in. Dr. Stone realized the theft was of fully functioning, self-governing artificial intelligence created by a colleague, Dr. Ivo. Stone confirmed it was definitely something of value.
