The Gotham News building is home to least the Channel Six news. The Joker chose the Gotham News' control-room mainframe to upload his stolen artificial intelligence and transmit the Digital Laughing Virus worldwide. The upload would take 10 hours and the virus would spread that night during a parade in the Joker's honor. Joker broadcast a news flash about the parade. Batman recognized the Channel Six set and determined he was going to use the mainframe. With 8 minutes and 37 seconds left, Batman entered the artificial intelligence world to stop the transmission. Batman uploaded his own virus and caused the transmission to malfunction. Joker fled the control room on an office chair then jumped down an elevator shaft, leaving explosives behind.
