The Joker Robo Rampage Armor is a mechanical suit designed loosely after the Joker. Instead of hands, the armor's fists are shaped like barrels for maximum destruction and protection. Sensing Batman would interfere in his plan to upload the Digital Laughing Virus across the world, Joker kept the Robo Rampage Armor on standby near the Gotham News building. As he predicted, Batman stopped the first transmission attempt. Joker retreated into the armor and started the second attempt. He started attacking the city to distract Batman and his allies during the 10 minute upload.
With all technology still offline because of the virus, Batman had Cyborg distract Joker while he, Green Arrow, Red Robin, and Nightwing borrowed several World War II era vehicles on display at the Gotham Museum. Batman attacked in a bomber jet while Nightwing and Robin assaulted him from motorcycles. Green Arrow delivered the final blow from a tank and nailed the Robo Rampage with a direct hit. Joker emerged from the armor in a battlesuit and flew off. Some time later, while battling Batman on the Boardwalk, Joker ran to the House of Mirrors, where he hid the suit. Joker demolished the building and attacked Batman. To make matters worse, he used the armor's barrel fists to shield himself from Batman's Batarangs. Batman leveled the playing field by summoning the CybeRex. CybeRex headbutted the armor onto a carousel then bit off the right arm. Batman used the laser cannon on CybeRex's back to blow off the Rampage Armor's left arm. Unable to attack, Joker was knocked off the armor after CybeRex swung its tail and smacked it.
