The Arrow Mech is a giant robot driven by Green Arrow. Green Arrow convinced Dr. Langstrom to construct his own mech after he heard Batman contracted him to build a Bat Mech. Arrow insisted its purpose was to provide back up and the Queen Industries contract helped support Wayne Enterprises' research and development department. The left arm sports a bow and laser cannon that fires arrow shaped energy blasts. Upon its activation, Arrow Mech was deployed to Gotham Harbor to stop Chemo from freezeing Gotham City. Chemo ignored Arrow Mech's blasts then blasted it into the harbor after taking an uppercut. Green Arrow powered the mech up and fired a massive beam at Chemo. Its right arm cannon was disabled and Chemo was unable to continue freezing the city. They traded hits. Arrow Mech threw Chemo into evacuated Queen Industries-owned buildings on the harbor front. It ventured inside the compromised building in search of Chemo but the monstrosity collapsed the building on it then crippled it with acid. Arrow Mech lost its right arm then legs.
Bat Mech came to the rescue and decked Chemo but lost control of its left arm. It took Arrow Mech's and successfully attached it. It used the arm cannon to crack Chemo's chest for the first time. Dr. Langstrom was aghast to see the wrecked Arrow Mech lying down in the Workshop under Wayne Enterprises. It was eventually repaired and used to stop Killer Croc after he ripped a vault from a Gotham National Bank branch. Arrow Mech saved the Bat Mech from Bane and fired on him with its arm cannon. However, in hand to hand combat, the Arrow Mech was disabled. The Bat Mech returned the favor and beat up Bane with a tank. Arrow Mech arrived last at the assault on Arkham Asylum. It blasted Killer Croc as he punched the Bat Mech. It prepared to charge with its thrusters on. Bat Mech suddenly recovered and grabbed Croc. Arrow Mech knocked Croc out.
