The Iceberg Lounge is a trendy nightclub located in the Bowery section of Gotham North and caters to the young and the rich. It is owned by Oswald Cobblepot and otherwise used as base for his criminal enterprise. For a mission, Waller contracted Cobblepot to provide arms and credentials to get Task Force X into Arkham Asylum. Despite his grudge against Harley Quinn, Cobblepot upheld his deal with Waller and also allowed the team to stay the night in the Lounge's rooms upstairs.
