Miranda Monroe is a famous international starlet of stage and screen. She is also currently the host of the Gotham Palace variety show. She began like any episode and introduced the musical guests but was horrified to see Hector and Ho Daddies were actually the Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, and Riddler. After the Replica Ray was recovered, Wayne settled in for another episode of Gotham Palace. Monroe introduced the Bed Bugs, a band from Manchester, England. Wayne, out of character from the effects of Catwoman's mind control serum, noted Monroe was "va-va-voom."
Batman soon turned into a fully fledged ego maniac and took over the city. Still craving attention, he took over Gotham Palace. He had Monroe tied up and took over as the show's host. As the broadcast began, Batman informed the audience she was literally tied up at the moment so he took over the job. Batman then revealed if anyone tried to change the channel or turn off their TV, Bat-VHF Detonators planted on every TV aerial in the city would explode.
