The Fitzsimmons' Frozen Food Factory is an abandoned facility that used to produce Fitzsimmons' famous TV dinners. It was used as a hideout by the Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, and Riddler. After they stole the Replica Ray, the villains returned to the factory to figure out what to do with the device. Catwoman proposed using her Batnip to brainwash Batman but the others secretly had their own plans and spiked it with Laughing Gas. Batman and Robin analyzed a piece of tin foil left behind in a high speed car chase with the villains. The Bat-Analyzer found amorphous semi-crystalline layers. Robin recognized it was starch. Batman elaborated it was gravy. They realized the villains were at the frozen food factory. Rather than take the front door and risk an ambush, Batman and Robin opted for a Bat-climb and scaled the side of the factory. They entered through a window. Batman demanded the villains to show themselves. The Joker couldn't resist and told a bad egg joke. Joker, Peguin, and Riddler were knocked to the floor fairly quickly.

Catwoman pretended to surrender peacefully and asked to fix her hair before she was brought before a judge. Batman obliged her. She reached into her purse and sprayed Batman and Robin with knockout gas. They awoke bound to a giant TV dinner on a conveyor belt to a giant working oven. Catwoman tried her Batnip on Batman but it appeared to have failed. The Joker threw the lever and started up the conveyor belt then left with the others. Batman noticed the dessert was lemon tart and moved to weaken his ropes with the tart's acidic properties. He broke free just in time and swung off with Robin.
