The Pengyblimp is a getaway vehicle of the Penguin. At the conclusion of a devious plan to use a brainwashed Batman as a distraction, the Joker, Penguin, and Riddler robbed three museums of Gotham's most priceless treasures and irreplaceable artwork. Batman, Robin, and Catwoman confronted them but they took off for the Pengyblimp on Penguin's giant rocket umbrella. They soon caught up in the Whirly-Bats. Riddler chided Penguin for picking something so slow moving but he activated a pair of booster jets. Batman and Robin cautiously threw two exploding Batarangs at the jets and crippled the blimp. The villains made their way to the top of the blimp with their respective henchmen, Stanely Laurel, G.O.O.N. and Down while the trio used a blow torch to cut an opening into the cabin. They ascended to the top and battled the villains. Penguin hooked Robin with his umbrella and tossed him off but Catwoman saved him with her whip.
Batman was dogpiled but got free, tied up the three henchmen and tossed the rope onto a flagpole. Riddler tried to jump to safety but instead fell past a clothesline, found himself in a pink dress, and bounced off an awning onto a police car. Penguin attempted to flee the scene but Catwoman whipped his umbrella away and he fell into a display of fresh fish. Joker bounced off the blimp's beak to the Big Top Circus but he was trampled by circus elephants and grabbed by clown police. Catwoman attempted to flee with the stolen goods but Batman tried to appeal to her to give up. Catwoman proposed they kill Robin and runaway to Europe to live happily ever after. He refused. Turbulence knocked the sack loose and Robin caught it. Catwoman refused to go to prison again and dropped off the side of the blimp down a factory smoke stack.
