Dick Grayson is Bruce Wayne's teenage ward and Batman's faithful and overly eager sidekick Robin. One night, Grayson continued practicing ballet after Wayne suspected he was too focused on upper body strength. Grayson admitted he felt ridiculous in the tights. Wayne informed him ballet would help him with his balance, flexibility, and strength as well as aid him in their never-ending fight against crime. Wayne called it a night and put on the television to Gotham Palace, everyone's favorite variety show. They watched in horror as the Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, and Riddler appeared in place of the show's musical guest, Hector and the Ho Daddies, to declare their latest unholy alliance. Alfred Pennyworth informed them of the Bat-Signal. On the way to Wayne's study, they bumped into Dick's Aunt Harriet. To cover for their tracks, they told her they were in a rush to go night fishing. Wayne answered the Bat-Phone as Batman then the duo headed to the Batcave.

Batman and Robin met with Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara at Gotham City Police Headquarters to go over a riddle left behind by the Riddler. Robin read it aloud, "Poor people have it, rich people need it, if you eat it, you die." Batman immediately guessed the answer was "nothing." Robin started brainstorming synonyms like zero, zilch, and goose egg. He recalled Farmer Jones delivered a shipment of his prize-winning goose eggs to the local market just last week and last Tuesday was the night of the total lunar eclipse. Batman believed the Acme Atomic Energy Laboratory was the villains' target since it just opened a new wing dedicated to the science of total lunar eclipses. After they parked, Batman stopped Robin from jaywalking and reminded him it was imperative they follow the rules since they were duly deputized officers of the law. The villains managed to get away to the Jokermobile but Batman and Robin followed in the Batmobile.

The Riddler tried to deter them by duplicating potholes with the stolen Replica Ray. Robin retaliated with the Batzooka but Riddler secured his allies' escape with an improvised trench in the road. Batman and Robin returned to the Batcave with a piece of tin foil that floated down to them. The Bat-Analyzer determined there were traces of amorphous semi-crystalline layers. Robin realized that was a starch. Batman noted it was gravy, to be precise, and deduced the villains were hiding out at the abandoned Fitzsimmons Frozen Food Factory. Rather than use the front door and be ambushed, Batman and Robin used the Bat-climb method to scale the side of the factory to an open window. Catwoman agreed to give up but it was a ruse to get them with knockout gas. Batman and Robin awoke tied up and lying in a giant TV dinner resting on a conveyor belt that led to a giant oven. Robin cheered on Batman to resist Catwoman's mind control serum, Batnip. Batman's strong moral fiber appeared to prevent him from succombing to it.

The Joker threw the lever for the conveyor belt and left them to fry. Luckily, Batman noticed the lemon tart dessert and used its acidic content to weaken his bonds. Batman freed himself just in time and swung off with Robin in tow. They returned to police headquarters but Gordon and O'Hara also reported the villains had gone quiet. To Grayson's dismay, he watched as Wayne fired Pennyworth for failing to keep Aunt Harriet away from his study and thus, his secret. Wayne insisted it was because the city depended on them. They searched all of Gotham for the villains and even took to air and sea but found no trace of them. Robin mused they either gave up or weren't on the planet. Batman cited Occam's razor and proposed they stowed away on the recent Belgravian rocket launch. Batman and Robin took to the Batrocket. Batman reminded Robin space travel was the most dangerous endeavor man had ever embarked on. Robin stated society wouldn't move forward without brave men taking bold risks.

The Batrocket launched and made its way to an abandoned space station. They donned their space suits, activated the Bat-gravity boots, and walked to Airlock 1. They arrived just in time and saved Catwoman from certain death. Robin didn't have much sympathy for her. Batman advised him he would come to appreciate the pungent allure of the feminine mystique when he got older. As the trio confronted the villains, Batman floated the idea of throwing the remaining villains out of the airlock. Robin reminded him they had to follow the law but Batman recalled their were out of Gotham's jurisdiction. After a jaunt in zero g, Batman donned a brass knuckle and went off on the villains. Robin was a little concerned if they would be okay but they realized Catwoman sneaked off into an escape pod to Earth. Batman and Robin returned to Earth with the villains and Replica Ray in their custody. To everone's surprise, Batman disappeared out of Gordon's window while he was in mid-speech thanking them. Robin asked them to forgive Batman because he was a little out of sorts from the ordeal.

To Robin's shock, Batman took off in the Batmobile without him. He was left to hitchhike back home. Luckily, a citizen loaned him their bicycle. The last straw was Wayne reducing Aunt Harriet to tears. Grayson declared he had completely changed. Wayne led him outside and implored him to join Pennyworth on skid row. Grayson secured a room at a rundown apartment complex. Unable to practice his ballet, Grayson's troubled mind came to a realization. Catwoman's Batnip didn't work instantly, it worked slowly. He suited up and went to the Kit Kat Kave in search of Catwoman. He approached the bar and ordered a sarsaparilla on the rocks. Felix, one of Catwoman's henchmen, triggered a trap door under him. He slid down a tunnel into a giant bird cage in Catwoman's inner sanctum. He demanded the antidote to the Batnip. Catwoman admitted Batman had become too bad for her liking and still owed him for saving her life in space. She agreed to put her differences with Robin aside and cure Batman. Robin cited his learner's permit and took the wheel of the Catmobile.

Catwoman agreed to be rendered unconscious with Batsleep to protect the location of the Batcave but urged Robin to keep his hands to himself. Robin was stunned then put her out. Anticipating Batman would be waiting for them and try to kill them in the atomic pile, Robin sprayed himself and Catwoman with Bat-Anti-Isotope Spray. Batman was waiting as predicted. He offered Catwoman the chance to join him and they'd kill Robin first. Against her better judgment, Catwoman blew the antidote into Batman's face. It was ineffectual as he coated himself with Bat-Anti-Antidote. Batman and Robin engaged in a utility belt showdown but it was dead heat. Catwoman had enough and attacked with her whip. Batman caught it and threw Catwoman into Robin then sprayed them with Bat-Knockout Gas. They awoke tied to a special Bat-cable and dangling over the atomic pile. Batman excused himself to go continue ruling Gotham City. Catwoman was unable to cut through the cable and the railing was raised three inches to prevent a clean swing. They Anti-Isotope Spray prevented their assured deaths.

In need of an army crazy enough to fight Batman and his duplicates, Robin and Catwoman disguised themselves as prison inspectors and entered the Gotham State Penitentiary. Warden Crichton was naturally suspicious of the surprise inspection but complied and let them replace the pick axes and ball and chains with new regulation models. Robin then handed out care packages supposedly containing wholesome magazines and toiletries. After they left, the pick axes turned into whirling rotors and the ball and chains into giant balloons. 14 inmates were lifted out of the penitentiary. They opened their care packages to find their costumes and gadgets. Robin and Catwoman pulled up in a van and gathered them up for the big battle. They stormed the Gotham Palace and battled the duplicates but were defeated. Batman prepared to kill Robin and Catwoman with his bare hands but he was interrupted by a delivery from an admirer. Without thinking twice, Batman took a drink from the champagne bottle and was cured of the Batnip. The duplicates turned on Batman but soon combusted into harmless piles of yellow muck.

Gordon and O'Hara congratulated Batman but he credited Robin and Catwoman for saving the day. After Catwoman was taken away, the deliveryman revealed himself to be Pennyworth. Robin was impressed Batman was one step ahead and came up with a contingency plan in case he was brain washed. Batman realized he was used by Joker, Penguin, and Riddler as a distraction all along. They speculated the villains were conducting an art heist and ran to the Batmobile to find Catwoman waiting. Batman decided to grant her request to join them to stop the villains. The villains retreated to their getaway vehicle, the Pengyblimp, but the trio caught up in the Whirly-Bats. Batman and Robin took out the blimp's booster jets with well timed and thrown exploding Batarangs. They boarded the blimp and made it to the top for the final battle. Penguin managed to hook Robin's leg and tossed him over but Catwoman saved him with her whip. She attempted to flee with the stolen art and treasures but turbulence knocked them into Robin's hands. They watched as Catwoman dropped down through a factory smoke stack rather than go back to prison.

Wayne and Grayson threw Aunt Harriet a surprise birthday party at Wayne Manor. She apologized for being so insecure and declared she knew she was a valued member of the family. Pennyworth informed Wayne on the sly about the Bat-Signal in the sky. Wayne and Grayson excused themselves to go skeet shooting just as the party started, leaving Harriet perplexed once again. Batman and Robin were due to attend a demonstration of Hugo Strange's invention, the Evil Extractor, at the Top Secret Prison Laboratory in the Gotham State Penitentiary. They battled Sandman and Clock King before driving to the penitentiary. Catwoman and Batman had their latest date outside the former's prison cell window. Robin became impatient in the Batmobile. Catwoman wanted a kiss to cap things off but Robin got on a megaphone and told Batman they were going be late. They headed for the lab and came down from the dome roof. Batman apologized for their tardiness. Warden Crichton was certain it was for a good reason. Batman called it a very special criminal rehabilitation project to Robin's chagrin.

Crichton introduced District Attorney Harvey Dent. They shook hands. Batman noted his perfect record for convictions. Dent quipped he couldn't do it if he didn't catch them first. Dent thought they made a pretty good team. Robin walked between them. Dent checked his watch and asked if it was past his bedtime. Robin crossed his arms. The Joker, Penguin, Riddler, Egghead, and Mr. Freeze were selected as the test subjects. Robin had a bad feeling. Batman told him that was why they were present. Evil Essence flowed into the vat. Joker had a plan and told the others to concentrate in order to overload the Extractor with their collective evil. Strange realized what they were doing and ordered Quinzel to turn it off. It was too late. Evil Essence erupted from the Collection Vat and hit Dent despite Batman's best efforts to shield him then the Extractor blew up. Dent was transformed into a new super criminal named Two-Face.

Two-Face's first crime spree entailed a bank robbery, ambushing Batman and Robin in an alley, a high speed car chase, Two-Face shooting at a Batman monument face, putting Robin on a medieval rack, Robin and Batman restrained to a conveyor belt with a big buzzsaw blade at the end, Batman and Robin tied up on each side of a giant scale over a flame, a pendulum blade death trap, and a humongous double broiler. He was eventually captured and tossed in a paddywagon in a straitjacket.

Cosmetic surgery was scheduled at the Sisters of Perpetual Irony Hospital. At the unveiling of Harvey Dent's restored face, Chief O'Hara, Commissioner Gordon, Dick Grayson, and Bruce Wayne were present. Six months later, Batman and Robin departed the Batcave in response to seeing the Batsignal. Gordon and O'Hara waited on the GCPD headquarters roof. O'Hara asked Gordon if he thought they would show. Gordon pointed out they never failed to answer their call yet. Batman promised they didn't plan on starting. Gordon was relieved and apprised them of King Tut's theft of an irreplaceable biplane. Batman and Robin returned to the Batcave after they learned King Tut stole a bi-plane. Batman entered data into the Bat-analyzer and learned the plane was owned by Thomas Hewell, a man who made his fortune through Egyptian cotton. They realized the Nile Double-Decker Bus Company would be Tut's next target. To make matters worse, Alfred Pennyworth and Aunt Harriet were on one of their buses with Gotham's upper crust. Batman and Robin caught up in the Batmobile.

Batman activated the Bat-autopilot and they jumped to the rear end of the bus. The Tutlings were knocked out but Tut opened a peanuts tin and paper snakes sprang out. The fangs on them pierced Batman and Robin's chests. The fast-acting venom applied through the fangs knocked them out. They were taken to the construction site of the Pyramid Towers and placed inside canopic jars in a pit. After they came to, Tut had cement poured on them. Batman told Robin to follow his instructions precisely. They pressed the back of their soles against the side of the jars and the heat from the chemical reaction of the cement triggered the Bat-jets in their boots. They shot out of the cement and landed on the Tutlings. They punched Tut at the same time. He drifted over to a pile of bricks and was hit in the head by one. Professor McElroy came to and realized Tut went on another spree. Gordon and O'Hara reported the stolen valuables from the midnight tour of Gotham and the bi-plane were all missing.

McElroy had no memory of what Tut did with it. O'Hara thought his answer was malarkey but Batman reminded him Tut committed the crime. Robin pointed out when McElroy was knocked on the head, he forgot everything he did as Tut. O'Hara misinterpreted Robin and hit McElroy in the head with his club. Tut refused to cooperate. After some back and forth, Batman stopped him and concluded the only recourse was to wait for McElroy to have his day in court. After Dent got Professor McElroy sentenced to 15 years, he visited Wayne Manor. Wayne felt sorry for him but knew justice was served. He told Dent he would be lead District Attorney again in no time. Dent credited Batman with nabbing the super crooks so he could send them to the state penitentiary. Grayson remarked it was same place Batman sent him. Dent told Grayson he hoped he didn't feel like a third wheel when he was around because he was Wayne's best friend. He handed his glass to Grayson. Dent wondered where he would be without Batman's help or Bruce's friendship during his dark time. Grayson guessed he would be robbing a bank.

Dent confessed the other reason for his visit was to ask Wayne to take part in a charity bachelor auction on behalf of the Society for Underprivileged Fraternal Twins. Wayne agreed to do it. Pennyworth leaned into Wayne and whispered there was a call from the Batphone. Wayne excused himself and Grayson for their weekly badminton lesson. Wayne picked up the Batphone and answered as Batman. Two-Face anonymously sent a world atlas filled with worms to the Gotham City Police Department headquarters with an explicit address to Batman. Batman and Robin thought the clue was sent from Bookworm and left. Batman detected several pages were missing, pages of different world capitals, and deduced the longitudes and latitudes to correspond to the library's classification method, the Dewey Decimal System. Batman used his encyclopedic knowledge of the card catalog to figure out the numbers corresponded to rare editions of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, The Man in the Iron Mask, and A Tale of Two Cities.

Robin recalled those were housed in the Rare Editions wing of the library. The librarian on duty shushed them. Robin whispered he was sorry. Batman whispered they had to get to the Rare Editions wing. The librarian was actually Bookworm's moll Lydia Limpet. She activated her walkie and sent out a Henchmen Alert. In the Irreplaceable Rare Books Vault, Batman cast his shadow and spooked Bookworm. Batman demanded his surrender. Bookworm was amused Batman thought he came without protection. The Worms, his four henchmen, came into the vault behind Batman and Robin. Batman told them wait and asked if they were forgetting something. Bookworm told them to give their glasses to Lydia. The fight resumed. Lydia shushed everyone. A Worm grabbed a rare book to use as a weapon but Batman stopped him, placed the book back in the case, and decked him. The Worms were knocked onto Bookworm. Chief O'Hara and the police entered the vault and rounded up Bookworm and his gang. Batman and Robin helped Bookworm up and the right side of glasses fell off. Bookworm cursed them.

Batman asked O'Hara to read him his rights. O'Hara chided Bookworm about Batman figuring out his clue. Bookworm had no idea what he was talking about. Batman and Robin were puzzled and realized the rare books were gone. Robin was troubled Bookworm knew nothing about the clue sent to Gordon. Batman suspected someone wanted them to catch him and implored Robin to think. He pointed out all the stolen books had themes of duality and Tut's crimes also were focused on the number two, the bi-plane and the double-decker bus. Robin realized it was Two-Face. Batman noted Dent was fully rehabilitated inside and out. Robin knew there was only one way to be sure. Batman proposed they head to Two-Face's last known hideout, the abandoned sign factory on Gemini Drive. Batman and Robin burst in through glass. Robin couldn't believe Two-Face was back despite Harvey Dent's restorative surgery. Batman added it shouldn't be possible. Two-Face flipped his coin and got the scarred face up. He ordered the twins to attack. They fought but Batman and Robin heaved them into each other.

Two-Face fired at the ceiling. A giant #2 sign fell down. They dodged it but it fell over and pinned them. Two-Face joked they were outnumbered. Twin 1 readied a pipe. Two-Face grabbed his arm mid-swing and stated the coin decided their fate. He flipped the coin and they were spared. Twin 1 thought he was nuts and they owed it to every crime-abiding crook in town Batman and Robin. Twin 2 thought it was the ethical thing to do. Two-Face pulled out his guns and told them to shut up or else the coin would decide their fates, too. He told the twins to grab the loot then warned Batman to think twice before he tried to thwart his plans again. With some effort, Batman and Robin pushed the giant #2 away. Robin concluded Harvey Dent was back to his old tricks but Batman was still open to the chance one of Dent's enemies was the culprit. They went to Gotham City Hall and confronted Dent in his office. Robin pointed out his face was normal. Dent asked to what he owed the unexpected visit. Batman apologized for the abrupt visit and informed him Two-Face was the mastermind behind King Tut's and Bookworm's latest crime sprees.

Robin asked Dent where he was within the last two hours. Dent claimed he was in his office all night. Batman asked Dent to excuse Robin's over-zealousness and stated they could not rule anyone out currently. Dent understood and pledged his full cooperation. He wondered what kind of a twisted monster would threaten the reputation he worked so hard to rebuild. Batman promised they would not rest until they got to the bottom of the mystery. Dent could not wait to put the imposter behind bars. In the meantime, he needed to finalize the plans for his charity bachelor auction. He asked if their mutual friend Bruce Wayne told him about it. Batman stated his friendship with Mr. Wayne didn't extend to charity functions and bid Dent good night. Batman and Robin made their way down the side of building. Robin wasn't convinced and knew Dent had to be involved with Two-Face somehow. They went back to the Batcave. The Bat-computer failed to turn up any suspects who might want to frame Harvey Dent for Two-Face's return.

Robin closed a What a World Almanac and said the obvious, Dent was the one behind it. He thought Batman was letting Bruce Wayne's friendship with him taint his crime-fighting objectivity. Batman countered he was letting Dick Grayson's insecurity taint his. Robin couldn't believe Batman was so blind. Pennyworth tried to break it up. Batman told Robin to go to his room. Robin stormed off. Batman asked Pennyworth to let him go because Two-Face has them all on edge and Robin just needed some fresh air. Pennyworth went to check on Grayson with milk and cookies but he was not in his bedroom. Robin was sure Dent was involved. Despite Batman grounding him, Robin went on a stake out alone outside Gotham City Hall. He waited for Dent and followed him, leaping down onto the roof of passing delivery truck then a train roof. He followed Dent into a building and discovered a rebuilt Evil Extractor. Dent warned him to get out before it was too late. Robin was knocked out from behind. He woke up tied up in chair.

Robin demanded the truth about Dent. Two-Face called him a useful idiot who served his purpose. Two-Face and Hugo Strange tested their evil extract formula on Robin and transformed him into a Two-Face. In the city, Robin caused property damage on buildings and cars, mostly breaking glass. Batman told him he should have joined a young man's basketball league or taken up model kit building to blow off steam. He saw Robin's face. Robin struggled to keep control but he soon fought Batman. Two-Face got in several kicks but Batman slapped him across the face. Hugo Strange observed from Dent's car in an alley and told Two-Face, who was in the back seat, the formula seemed quite potent but much more would be needed. Two-Face already had a plan for that. Batman ducked a kick. Two-Face Robin told him Batman his mother wore combat boots. Batman ended the fight with an uppercut. The Two-Face Robin woke up in the Bat-Holding Cell in the Batcave. Pennyworth turned away. Robin snapped back asking him if he never seen someone get up on the wrong side of the bed.

Batman admonished him. Pennyworth asked Batman if he could he saved. Robin hoped not because he was tired of being a square. Batman synthesized an antidote and exposed Robin to the gas. He instantly returned to normal but felt like he needed to wash his mouth out with soap. Pennyworth congratulated Batman. Robin informed him he found out Dent was working with Strange. Batman admitted he owed him an apology and he was remiss in not giving the evidence its proper weight. Robin clarified he was right about someone else pulling the strings. Batman was relieved there was still hope for Dent yet. Batman also took the liberty of testing his costume for any foreign residue. His cape contained traces of a fine blue chalk used by only one place in town, The Winning Pair Casino. Batman and Robin climbed down from the ceiling on rope onto the giant billiard table. Two-Face taunted Robin and observed his "sudden breakout" seemed to have cleared up. Batman declared they were done with his ghoulish games.

Two-Face quipped if that were so, he shouldn't have come. He called out Batman in the corner pocket then pulled a lever. A giant poolstick lowered and breaked. Batman and Robin scattered and dodged the balls. Batman swung away and balanced atop the three ball. Batman pulled Robin aside just in time and they stood by corner pocket. The eight ball approached. On Batman's cue, they dove in the hole. The eight ball went down after them. Batman threw an exploding Batarang behind him. They felt the pulse of the explosion, tumbled out of the table, and landed on floor. Two-Face had his henchmen Twin 1 and Twin 2 send invitations to the Joker, the Peguin, the Riddler, Egghead, Shame, Mr. Freeze, Clock King, and Catwoman to bid for the secret identities of Batman and Robin. Batman and Robin were tied to a giant silver dollar near a giant spike death trap. The coin was booby-trapped and any sudden movement could trigger it and they would be catapulted over those spikes. Robin gulped and figured Two-Face was giving them a 50-50 chance.

Batman warned their weight would ensure that they fell face down on those spikes. Harvey Dent confirmed Batman was right. Batman told Dent it was not too late and asked him help them take down Two-Face. Dent admitted he was just guilty as him and told him he made a deal with Two-Face. Batman still believed in him. Dent called him a fool. Batman recalled Mr. Wayne had his face restored and he was reformed. Dent revealed the surgery only healed the scars on the outside and Two-Face was not kept at bay for long. He transformed back to Two-Face. Batman realized the scars were only a physical manifestation of the Evil Extractor's gasses and Dent was living a double life the whole time. Two-Face retorted Batman was also living one. Robin didn't believe he knew Batman's secret identity. Twin 2 at operated a console and Two-Face's lift was moved up to Batman and Robin. Two-Face revealed his plan to use the auction to trap Batman and prove he was Wayne.

Two-Face pointed out the always punctual Bruce Wayne had not shown up for his own auction which could only mean that he was indisposed as Batman currently. He pulled off Batman's mask. Dent was shocked. Two-Face assumed Robin was Wayne's youthful ward, Dick Grayson then put Batman's mask back on. Batman demanded to know what devilish diabolatry he devised for them next. Two-Face revealed he was going to auction off their secret identities. Twin 1 pulled a curtain and revealed several super criminals all seated like the game show Match Game. He started the bidding at $1 million. The Evil Extractor started secretly gathering their Evil Essence as they argued. Tanks attached to the bi-plane Two-Face stole from King Tut were filled with the gas. Catwoman eventually bid $5 million. Everyone gasped. Joker remarked that was a little rich for his blood and proposed they combine the pot and they could all get a peek. They all agreed and bid $10 million. They won. Two-Face collected the money and excused himself for another engagement. He paused and Dent apologized to Batman.

Robin pointed out it would be the end of Batman and Robin. Batman knew they had no choice but to trigger the giant coin. He told Robin to shift his weight 10 degrees to the left to change the coin's center of gravity and avoid the spikes. Catwoman slashed their restraints as they rolled by and the coin crashed into the seating area. Batman and Robin threw Egghead and Clock King into each other. They took turns punching out Joker and Penguin. They headed behind the curtain and saw the Evil Extractor. Batman realized Two-Face was collecting the criminals' evil essence and planned to turn all of Gotham into Two-Faces. Catwoman bowed out on account green was not her color. Batman told her to promise him she turn herself in to the nearest authorities. Catwoman crossed her heart. They rushed off and failed to notice she crossed her fingers behind her back. Batman summoned the Batcycle to the casino. Batman and Robin shoved the two-faces off the Batcycle as they drove after Two-Face.

Robin tried twice to cripple the plane with the Mini Batzooka but Two-Face's pilot skills were too good and he dodged every shot. Batman knew there was only one thing left to do. They used their ejector seats to get altitude and activated the Bat-boot jets. They didn't make it all the way and scrambled to the tail of plane, Robin missed but Batman grabbed his arm. While Two-Face shot at Robin, Batman used the Bat-Laser to sever the tanks of Evil Essence from the plane. One landed in the harbor, and the other in the Gotham City Dump. Robin tricked Two-Face into shooting the propellers. Batman and Robin bailed and used their capes as gliders. The plane crashed into Lorenzo's Oil Refinery but set off a fatal chain reaction. Batman and Robin chased after him inside but quickly took cover behind the Bat-Shield to avoid Two-Face's gunfire. He vowed they would never take him alive. An explosion went off. Robin pointed out the refinery was going to blow. Batman elected to go after Two-Face alone and apply the antidote to restore Harvey Dent to normal.

However, Batman took out the vial to learn it was cracked open during the mayhem. Robin pleaded with Batman not to go or he would certainly die. Batman refused to give up on Dent. Robin realized their friendship meant a lot. Batman confirmed that but told him it wasn't as much as his Robin's. He told Robin he wouldn't want anyone else at his side in the never ending fight against crime. He ordered him to move to safety. Robin complied and leaped down and ran outside. Robin saw Batman swing out of the refinery just in time. Robin checked with Batman then asked about Two-Face. Dent was about to declare he was gone for good but he fainted. Dent was put in a straitjacket then wheeled into an ambulance. Batman and Robin spent a day in the Batplane deploying Bat-Evil-Essence-Antidote Bombs across the city and restored everyone to normal. Robin went into the underside cannon and fired antidotes at two-faces but he got carried away. Batman reminded him to have decorum. Robin apologized and continued firing.

Months later, Wayne Manor hosted Dent's charity bachelor auction. Grayson wondered how Dent would act when he saw them. Wayne recalled Warden Crichton reported he was a model prisoner. Grayson clarified he meant Dent knowing their secret identities. Wayne didn't know what to expect. Pennyworth announced Dent's arrival. Dent thanked Wayne for helping him in ways he could never begin to repay. Wayne told him not to mention it because that was what old friends were for. Dent excused himself to go start the auction. Grayson was shocked he didn't remember. Wayne speculated he repressed that memory. Wayne hoped Two-Face would stay dormant and buried deep in Dent's psyche. Dent presented the first item up for auction, the most eligible bachelor in Gotham City, Batman. Grayson was shocked to see Catwoman made the first bid.
