G.O.O.N. (Grand Order of Occidental Nighthawks) is a henchman of the Penguin. He took part in the Acme Atomic Energy Laboratory heist and battle atop the Pengyblimp. Batman tied up Down, Stanley Laurel, and G.O.O.N. then tossed the line onto a flagpole as the blimp passed by, dragging the henchmen off.
