Amanda Waller was the warden of Belle Reve Penitentiary. Under her watch, Waller continued the feat of no one ever escaping. She considers herself the law of last resort and has no sympathy towards the prisoners.
After being attacked by Mr. Freeze in her office, Waller attempted to initiate a lockdown and was later almost killed by Brick. Icicle Senior also attemped to interrogate Waller when the Proprietary Collars began to reactivate but Professor Strange tackled him. Once order was restored, Strange replaced Waller as warden.
