David Reid is a lance corporal with the United States Marine Corps. During a training exercise in an artificial reality, the Team encountered a military defense in front of the White House. Bard mistook Superboy for Superman and Reid thought he looked to young to be the latter. At the Hall of Justice siege, Reid was hit by alien fire.
