Hamilton Hill is the current Mayor of Gotham City. On September 10th, he embarked on a hunting expedition in Northern India. Despite warnings of "devil beasts" from a superstitious guide, Hill continued onward and picked up the trail of an Indian Tiger. He was also undaunted by the sudden appearance of three pylons that neutralized the tiger. However, Hill and his two guides were attacked by Monsieur Mallah. Hill was badly injured but survived. His story hit the news and was featured in the Gotham Truth Rag. The Rag used the headline, "Gotham Mayor Attacked By Guerilla Gorilla!"
