Kevin Blankly was born in 1930. In 1968, Lieutenant Blankly served as the prosecutor in the court martial of Captain Nathaniel Adams. Blankly proved Adams' service knife was the murder knife. That and the medical examiner's findings solidified Adams' conviction.
